DESCRIPTION

“Mafia’s Fortune” is a card game where you find yourself in a dead end with a growing debt to the local Mafia. Now, with your reputation at its lowest, you see yourself being part of their hitman's list. Through your schemes and tricks, you must race against time and get as much money as possible to pay off your debt and escape the hitman. This is a game highly strategic, where your every movement and decision matters. Alliances and betrayals are crucial for your survival, and everything you find along the way might just keep you alive. Will you once again deceive others to be able to survive? Will you be able to escape?

RULES

In this game we have one round with 3 shifts, one for each player.

At the end of the round the player with less money dies by the hitman and another round begins until it only have one player left In the beginning of every shift every player receives two cards and one power-up, which they can use in their shift or if someone tries to steal something from you.

At the end of the round all cards in the hand of the player will be discarded and the player receive a new set of cards.

Types of cards:

• The Scammer – Choose 1 player to steal 3 coins from

• The Tycoon – Earn 4 coins from the bank (investment)

• The Guard – Protects himself from a robbery

• The Banker – Gives 2 coins to herself and invests 1 coin in other players

• The Hitman – Can instantly end the round by killing the player with the least amount

Power-ups:

• The Gun- Adds 3 coins to a robbery

• The Money Printer- Adds 2 coins to an investment

• The Baton – Adds 1 theft protection

• The Tax- All players fund 2 coins to the player

• The Phone- Call the mafia to redirect a robbery to any other player

In this game we got inspired in coup because we created cards with ability´s and we have to analyse the other players in order to win.
